Bad service

I am very disappointed with Bash-sportscene, I ordered a sneaker and just as I was waiting for my order, I just received an email stating that my order was canceled, no explanation on why my order was canceled. I find this to be very unprofessional. I have made orders for more than 7000 prior to this order and was shocked as to why I am treated like nothing when I am a paying customer, who always pay installments without fail. I am livid to say the least on why I was treated like this. Thus I am thinking of paying off the account and closing it and move to where I will be appreciated and treated with respect.
