Bad Service

Today I went to Sportscene Tygervalley. I had a very nice experience with the staff on the floor, they were very friendly and helpful but when I got to the paypoint it was a different picture all together. There was 4 staff members at the paypoints but each 1 went on doing their own thing, cashing up or what ever it was they were doing. I was standing there for how long and not even 1 looked up or in my direction to at least acknowledge that they saw me, they just kept talking to each other. At last I got fed up and left the things that I wanted to buy on the counter and left. I cant believe that in this day and age that staff can still treat their customers like that.
