Bad service

I bought a phone from Sportscene in Siyabuswa Mall, only to find out that the phone has a problem. I took it back so they can send it in for assessment. I had to go back to them several times as I never got a call to inform me on the process of my phone. On the 21 of Sept I got a call that the phone cannot be fixed, I should come for either refund or chose another one. I went on Saturday the 21 but still they can't help me with my refund. What a bad service I got from these people.
