Bad service

Returned shoes at sportcene, been a week and a half and still waiting for my money. Ridiculous time periods that I’m needed to wait as I was told 3-5 days then 7 days and then 10 days. Do the staff know their policies?

Bad service to customers that want their money when they return a product. Now I sit with no money and no product.
