Bad Service

I went on 24 December to purchase mt 4 year old a takkie for xmas not checking because they never use to give any problems. Xmas day when i wanted to dress my child i put his 1 takkie on and then saw the other foot was also a left foot. My child stood crying because of that and never wanted even to get dress for xmas because of that. I then went today asked for a manager and a discount for the inconvenient but i was just told sorry! We apologise and will discipline the people responsible for what happened. All they could of done was given a sweater or discount because i mean his only 4 years old and was looking forward to putting on his new takkie.<br> <br> I want to take further steps and not going to leave it like this.<br> <br> Regards<br> Kim
