Bad Service

I bought a Phone on the 30th July Nokia Brand - it worked for one month and broke. I took it back to the shop and i was told they will send it to the supplier for repairs - I never had a phone for 5 weeks while waiting for my Phone. it came back on the 6th October - it worked for 25days and broke again - i took it back to the shop on the 2nd November - yesterday on the 7th December i went to check where is my phone and i was i told it is not back.
