Bad service

I bought a hoodie on sportscene’s online store it said it was the last one in stock and I waited a week then I noticed my order was canceled due to insufficient stock but I was never informed so I call them waited about 20mins for them to answer and then they informed that I would receive my refund in 7-14 days it’s been more than two weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund and I was unable to spend my money anywhere else because I’ve been waiting for the refund and I emailed them to enquire and they said they will reply to my email in two weeks? This is really pathetic!
