Bad service

I was at central Park jhb.,not even inside the shop but outside the window while I was trying to phone my brother who was supposed to pick me up by the to the hospital.where the was a guy from inside the store that knocked from the window while I was still on my phone he was talking but couldn't hear what he was saying I just ignored him and when I just hanged up my phone.he came out of the store and came towards me and told me that I should not stand next to their window he pointed out where I had to stand of witch it was a bin just before another store ,I was confused and did understand what was happening and i just looked at him and he reprased in zulu sayi awungizwa' mean you don't hear me' you are covering our display you are not allowed to stand there. My answer to him was you don't know why I'm standing here and you can see I was busy on my phone I'm talking to someone who is supposed to pick me up to go to the hospital, he said hes but you must stand there he pointed out. So my question how does the I was inside the shop how he has got to do with my business and since Central Park is is the busiest places in jhb and with a lot of ******* was I suppose to go inside the shop to use my phone or even if I wanted to go inside the shop after a phone call then it means I was no longer welcome. It puzzles me that In this time if the economy not doing great we still have people who don't care about customer service and the manner of approach I don't know the guys name but his got dreadlocks and a goldtooth. I didn't have time to go inside the store because my transport was already there waiting.
