Bad service

I have an accont with sportscene lost my previous job when i got a new one i made arrangement to continue paying my accound via debit order but they keep sending text to pay while am paying via debit so i call their call centre spoke to this rude girl she couldn't even give me answers instead she told me that i have R3300 ereas couldn even explain how is that possible am very disappointed with the service
