Bad service

I bought a T-shirt at sportscene in megacity. I wore it once and i found out that it had a hole in it so i returned it to another sportscene that is close to where i work at Kwamnyandu. The guy there told me that i have to go to megacity to return it and i told him that i wouldnt have time to do that as i only have 2 days off in a month and he then told me that i should make a plan and see what to do. What kind of policy is that? Would I have to return the tee in Jhb had I bought it tee in Jhb? I no longer even want an exchange. I want my money back. I tried emailing their client service but no one got back to me. I am so ****ed right now
