bad service

I went to sports scene on Friday to purchase a white converse and I was horrified buy the lack of customer service I received there. The staff we chatting amongst themselves and couldn't assist even when I asked for a size. One of the sales lady that didn't even have a tag was rude and if that's what she calls customer service then she is in a wrong field.This was for the second time me going there and getting no help at all. I don't think there's a manager there cause even the display was not properly looked after it was a mess. Sport scene at East rand mall is *** place to shop. WORSE SERVICE EVER
