bad service

On the 2-09-2015 called sportscene told themba that I wanted to refund my sneakers that I bought in sandton I wore the jordan sneakers 3 times only to notice that when I take them out I have blisters.he rudely said I only have selected jordans so its better to return them where you bought them.he dropped the phone.on the 03-09-201 I gave my mom the sneaker to go and return them at eloff the same themba assisted my mom and told her he cant refund the money back to the account coz the shoes have already been worn thats true but when u get into the store u saw nice sneakers then you fit them they fit perfect but you wouldnt know when you wear them for hours if they are comfortable or what.so my mom had to come back home without any assistance from themba.themba could have returned the shoes back unto my account then he could have send them back to sandton where I bought them cos simple he doesnt know how to treat customers their service suck
