Bad service

Sportscene advertised a sneaker on its facebook page on the 28 November saying that it had just dropped meaning its new. I called the greenacres store on the 29 November only to be advised that they are out of stock. I asked the lady to check others stores and she gave me a whole story about what I must do. SHE DID NOT HELP ME WHEN I ASKED HER TO CHECK OTHER STORES. I had to check online and found there is NO stock in the entire south africa. My question is WHY does Sportscene advertise a product that they do not have
