Bad Service

Am highly disappointed with the level of services i received from Sport Scene.Scene. I've always recommended them to everyone and i spoke highly of them.I recently came back from overseas and when i was going through my account i realized that my lay by account was in arrears,I took out the lay-by may 2013 and paid it off in June 2013.I called TFG and i was advised to call the branch where i made the lay by.They advised me to look for the slip that shows that's the items was already paid for or some sort of proof to say i have the item with me.I looked everywhere and i couldn't find anything.My argument with them is that on their TERM AND CONDITIONS they say they only keep the item for 3 months regardless of me paying for it or not.Its been 26 months to be precise and i still get statements from them. I spoke to the branch manager who advised me that there is absolutely nothing they can do as this is a known issue and that they have a back long of the same issue with other clients.I mean its been 2 years how long am i expected to wait,i can not use my card until this issue has been resolved.Maybe they should change their term and conditions and stop mis-leading their clients.
