Bad service

<p>In February the 8 I bought a hisence u961 at sportscene in north Johannesburg I have I started having problems with the battery life of the phone and sent it for repairs last month and on Monday they told me they can't fix the phone as the phone was miss use now what I don't understand is how does a phone battery get miss use and y can't they just replace the battery cuz that's what I sent it for to the shop now its been weeks without a phone and the only explanation they have is the phone was miss used but I only wanted the battery to be fixed for heaven sake I am not happy with the level of service I received from these guys and I hope they can improve on it am not going back there to see if they have in any case </p>
