Bad Quality Products

I recently purchased a pair of Nike Airmax from Sportscene and delivery of the product was quick and efficient. However, when I opened the box, the left shoe was completely discoloured and looked like it was a reject if I am being honest. The material was more brown than white and the underneath of the shoe looked like it had been worn. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this shoe!! I have sent an email with my complaint and I am awaiting their response.
