Bad quality and unhelpful online support

After my previous post on receiving a damaged and filthy sneaker from sportscene online i was told that i needed to go into one of the stores in durban to do an exchange.

I went to the Westwood mall store to do and exchange and the pair they had was also damaged actually worse then what i had and really filthy. I asked to check another store which was cornubia mall and the store themselves said they also had a damaged and filthy sneaker . My question to sportscene is how do you guys sell bad quality items. black Friday or not i expected a brand new pair and in good quality. Now nobody has a size that i need and i have no option but to return it.

You guys failed at product quality and customer service.

Very disappointed as i really wanted these sneakers
