Bad online shopping service

I have made many online purchases with Sportscene and the issue I’m experiencing again is quite frustrating. TWICE in 2019 I purchased sneakers online only to receive notification days later that Sportscene is unable to fulfill my order and I wold have to wait days for a refund. In April 2020 I ordered an item online but a totally different product was delivered. And I had to contact TFG online. And now on 31 July I ordered sneakers, and was then notified on August 4th that Sportscene could not fulfill my order and again I must wait days for my refund.
