Bad online shopping & delivery Service

I ordered a couple of items from Sportscene via TFGWorld on the 3rd December 2019. I waited for my delivery only to get partial delivery of my order. Then i get a refund into my account with no reason for why. then i called them up and they advised about shoe being oversold etc but when i went online to check my size was still available?? i mean i would rather buy from Takealot or Superbalist. they keep in contact and inform you of delays and refunds. shoddy customer service if i have ever seen it.
