Bad online service

I made an online purchase with TFG onlineshop and my order was cancelled a few days after which was on the 05/0820 and have not been refunded my money back into my debit card...its been 9 days now and they said it takes up to 10 day the last time I called. Today I was told it takes 7 to 14 working days...I am completely disappointed and unfortunately have seen other bad reviews after I had made my parchase...please follow up as I need my money back into my account.
