Bad Experience

<p>i went to the south gate branch on saturday as i was shopping for sneakers where i came accross a sneaker that had no price tag on it.</p> <p>i asked the manager whos name is musa wat the cpa law states regarding items on the sales floor which dont have a price tag on them and he advised there was no such law.</p> <p>I myself know that if an item is on the sales floor then it should have a price on it if not then it should be free as the law clearly states that items that are displayed or advertised for sale should have a tag on them and if thwy have an incorrect price then a consumer may not pay more than the displayed price on that item</p> <p>anyways as i was speaking Musa he kept on insisting that i have a complaint and should lay a complaint with the complaints department. Mind you i was busy enquiring about the tfg cpa law as i wamted to see what it stated regarding the query i had.</p> <p>Musa told me that he cannot go through the tfg cpa law with me, what confuses me is that this law is made soecifically for the consumer.</p> <p>when he saw that i was now irrate because of the manner he was assisting me he printed out the cpa law and there was nothing about pricing<br />he then offered me a 10% of the shoe and no i ddnt want the 10% off.</p> <p>He tried to contact his area manager several times but no response. He then told me that he wont be able to assist me and i should lay a complaint and thats exactly wat im doing now</p>
