Bad Customer Support

I purchased a product online and it was delivered on the 9th of March 2023, I made a return on the 29th of same month and I was advised that the money will reflect in my account in maximum of 7 days. Today is the 18th of April and I still don’t have money. I made a couple of follow ups with no tangible response as to how far are they with processing my refund.

Worse part is that, when I contact their online store, they can’t see any return made on their system.. I am so disappointed and furious. Their consultants have a stinky attitude and are not willing to assist.
