Bad customer service from The Fochini group

I bought a pair of Adidas on black Friday 50% discount sale, got free delivery but waited almost 2 weeks for shoes to arrive, when I finally got the shoes it was two different shoes, now I'm sitting with shoes and that they do not want to exchange it at the stores and I do not want my money back. What do I do in this situation, I have called their head office numerous times with no solution from their side, I'm still waiting fro one of their consultants to get back to me regarding this. This is the baddest online purchase experience I've ever had will not be buying from any of the Foshini group again. Disappointing customer service!!!!
