Bad customer service

I have a terrible experience with your daly people I paid the full amount owed account is not closed off now another debit order is created and am told it was due to interest when I sent an email I don't get replies but their annoycalls keep coming through reminding me how bad I owe them while all proof of payment are sent as per reference now I can't stop the debit order!!!!!
