Bad customer service

I placed an order on 18 November 2020 and I was assured delivery within 5 to 7 working days and have still not received anything. I called the call center 3 times to resolve this issue and still have not received any helpful assistance. I canceled the order on 8 December 2020 and wanted a full refund but the “people in the back” have still not processed the refund. I was assured that I would receive my refund in 3 business days yet it’s been almost 5. The service is terrible because you are told one thing but then never receive action on that.
