Bad Customer Service

Please kindly assist with training your stuff at Bridgecity Mall Sportscene. She was rude and did not attend to us and busy with her phone. And when we told her we want to see the manager she responded with a very rude attitude saying we must go ahead then afterwards a male assisted us and went to look for sizes. When we got to the manager the manager apologised on her behalf but she kept on fighting I even have some footages of her. Kindly please assist with this thank you. I have also sent an email to *** but haven’t got feedback yet. I’m so angry of someone disrespecting me this way.
