Bad customer service at Sportscene Thavhani Mall

The salesman vule who assisted me at Sportscene Thavhani Mall today on the 10th October 2020 with my parcel was very rude when i was enquiring about my order. I was told that it is not his duty to answer queries regarding online orders and that he has other customers to assist I'm wasting his time and that I can cancel my order if I want. I couldn't understand if i made a mistake by asking a simple question about my order.
