bad customer service
I called Sportscene yesterday to see if they have an item (code ***) size large/x large, to be delivered to the Newtown Junction branch. Firstly they used internal jargon that i have no idea what they were talking about and secondly they told me it cannot be done. I think this is poor customer service as I am a client and why can my item not be sent to Newtown as I am unable to go to Benoni.
