Bad customer service

My husband app**** for a sport scene account in December 2022, he was approved.we went to sport scene twin city mall ,Heidedal,Bloemfontein to activate the card.the service we received from a coloured lady(cashier) it was not good at all,the lady was very unfriendly, he made my husband sign the pre-agreement quote without explaining anything to him, when i asked her to explain before my husband sign, she told me i am not the owner of the account and she was gonna explain after. she struggled with the system and she called the coloured supervisor who was also very rude to us. I told them to cancel the activation we will go to another store, the supervisor said the other store wont be able to assist since they already started the process. We left the store without being helped and we wher told to come the next day.The next day we came and we managed to collect the card. We purchased and on the 23 Dec i returned the crop top for exchange of something else.I met again with the coloured supervisor and he was very rude telling me that he wont exchange that crop top because its an underware, i went on asking him to come and check what was written on the tag, he was less interested, he spoke with me in a disrespectfull manner, he spoke to me while walking. I asked another lady the Area manager's contacts who is Mr Paul Sebolai, the whole store did not have his contacts details. I left the store and went to sport scene middestad Bfn, i got helped without any husstle. My advice to Mr Sebolai is that, if they continue hiring coloureds at twin city store, that store is gona close down one day, because those people are ******s, they do not know what is customer service, they are very rude, they dont know business language, they just dont care. What hurts most is that the buying customers there are black africans, not coloureds. I told myself i will never set my foot at that store ever again coz i dont want to be disrespected by uneducated bitter coloureds store assistants.I will never surcome to their level.
