Bad Customer Service

I am so disappointed with the Service I received from Sportscene Cresta Mall, I had layby few items and I took out the layby on the 27th of November, upon paying for my items, I decided to return one item and they told me that they wont refund me with cash since I used my card to pay for the clothes, the refund will reflect in my account within 24 hours. its now 48 hours and still nothing, I decided to go to the store to find out what was going on, to be honest am so disappointed about the service I received from Themba, he didn't even bother to call the bank or TFG Group to find out what's going on, he just told me to relax I will get my money. which is not fair coz as a customer I deserve an explanation, why was I not paid cash the same day and why is the money not reflecting on my account. no one was interested to help me in that store, they were just giving me excuses, instead of coming with a solution
