Bad customer service

Initially on the floor I was assisted buy a male who gave me good customer service and helped me open a layby account. Then I got to the cash desk and the male who was helping me there gave me bad customer service, he had bad attitude. I went to The store to purchase and also layby, he was unprofessional..he requested my ID number and I asked him why...he told me that he is not the one who wants it it's Sportscene...i asked him doesn't he represent Sportscene? Then he said no he represents himself he's just an employee at Sportscene and I asked for his name he said he was Thabang then he said he was Pitso and he said if i wanted to report him he can give the customer helpline I just kept quiet. He was very arrogant and kept on talking to his collegue. The name ofln the receipt is Tshediso so I don't really know what's his name.
