Bad customer experience.

The Vangate Mall branch really has few of the worst staff members who are really out of touch with the vision of this store. I really received the worst service in a long time. The lady at the till who helped me will really have me not shop at this store again. Her customer service skills is really a 0 and it was as if she could not wait to get rid of me. She did not even hand my bag to me properly but pushed it forward on the counter causing it to fall. No apology and this was around 1pm and the store was not even busy. Instead of an apology she continued to speak to her colleague who was also not assisting the client waiting behind me,but continued to talk about her neck pain and getting someone to slightly twist her neck.

I will definitely not be visiting this store again!
