On the 4th of November around 5:10pm I was at South Gate mall at sportscene, walked in there fo my rounding stop and finally I saw the Jean that I wanted to buy, the item was packed on the top shelf hence I couldn’t reach it, I stood there for 20 minutes, no shop assistance came to assist me, I ended up walking to the cashier to ask if there’s anyone who can help me, she became soo annoyed about my ask, she did not even say a word to me, or to apologize, she just went where I showed her the pair of Jean I wanted, told her my size she just took it and gave it to me without saying a word, I felt like I will never spend my money where I don’t feel appreciated , I just walked out bcz if the service I got, I’m the 11 I decided to go jhb cbd sportscene next to kfc, Woow, immediately when I walked in, they approached me, took me around showing me the items I could buy that matches my physic, and I was like, this is what I want to get, not the service I got at South Gate mall sportscene
