Bad Bad Service

Bad service I am getting from sportscene in Newtown Junction Johannesburg. On the 25 October 2024 I had requested that a shoe be looked up in a different store and yes they found one and processed a lay-by and transfer from a store in Kempton Park. To date the shoe has not been transferred and it shows as if nothing is done to track the whereabouts of my parcel. I am dissatisfied with this store and I regret even wanting the shoe. Please do better!!!!
