BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Hello I had a very bad experience with your stuff and how you guys do things, I had entered the store on Tuesday to get me something for this weekend and I saw this nice tapered vans pants that I liked from the sale section so I went to fit then after fitting a sales person comes to me to tell me that those pants aren’t on sale but have a sale price on and I should come back on Black Friday. I need those pants urgently so. I was hurt and disappointed i event thought of cancelling my account. The staff name was Manelo from Sam Ntuli Mall in Katlehong. I’ve never had such a bad experience with y’all. I need those pants asap and also your customer service email sucks hey
