BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Hisense phone yesterday the 23/11/2018 at sportscene in canal walk.

When i got home,i checked the phone and found that the front camera on the phone turns white when taking the picture,i then packed the phone back into the box and waited till today to return it.

I then went to sportscene in N1 CITY MALL where i met a guy named GRANT, i told grant what the problem with the phone is and i then asked if they have any phones,I had my receipts with me and the phone still in the box.

Grant told me that there is nothing wrong with the phone before i could show him what the problem is,and then told me that ,AND I QUOTE "IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PHONE THEN TOUGH",and thats when i realized how rude he was,i then showed him the issue with the phone and he called sportscene CANAL WALK and thats when he left to talk to them and he came back saying that they are saying its a feature on the phone,and thats when i asked him why when i bought it yesterday that they did not tell me about it otherwise i wouldnt have purchased the phone and thats when i informed him about the 7 day policy that they have and its not the first time i have a problem with them with regards to the phones,he basically said i must do what i want because they will not assist me any further and i wont be assisted at any SPORTSCENE.

All i want is my money back,after the service i received I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH SPORTSCENE
