bad,bad , attitude

on the 21/03 at around 11:05 was at maponya mal sportscene where i got a bad service , i wanted to purchase some items with my card as i saw that my credit wasnt too much for me to get the items which i wanted (two pais of adidas sneackers, i was given a run around with the sizes as i was told that size 8 wasnt available ,then i opted to take size 9, i told the guy whom i didnt get his name , i specifically told him that i will lay buy the sneakers and take them out next month , he took the sneakers to the counter and gave me a form to put my details and left me there , the lady who was at the till point gave me the bad attitude ever as she took my form and pretended to be allocating my info on the system , a minute was enough as she said to me i must wait for 15min ,i will receive an sms , i told her that i will go and get myself food i will comeback , 15min passed with me getting that sms , i didnt go back as i was still waiting for a responds .. as a loyal paying customer foschini group was very upset of the whole odeal as i seriously wanted those sneakers , im not happy at all
