Bad attitude from one of the staff in Trade Route mall

On the 3rd March 2024, a sales lady was very rude to my nephew. My nephew went inside and asked the lady for help as he wanted one of your tote bags that cost R200 in a maroon colour "where did you see that color" the lady responded with attitude.

My nephew was so broken he did not want to communicate with the lady further so he took the navy blue bag and asked the salesman to help him pay. We do not need such attitude to a point we can't even ask for help please give more training to that lady in sportscene trade Route Mall.
