Bad attitude from Ishamel Serei

Sportscene Management please take Ishmael Serei back to training because he doesn't have good customers service at all and please teach him not to interfere if he was not the one who was helping the customer because he was jumping the ship that he didn't know what was happening with my gift card and according to his reaction on his face he said just I come with the card that doesn't have money on it and he doesn't know what customer is and he didn't bother to greet while he was interfering to issues that it was not his concern and I would understand if the cashier asked for his help it was gonna be something and she didn't ask for his help,because when i went to where the gift card was purchased it shows the money was successful paid from sportscene and it was not showing on their system because it was offline.
