Bad attitude and ignoring customers

Went to sportscene to go take my fone in for repairs via the insurance I have with them!!! I told the guy my problem and he told me I nid to Hv proof of purchase and I told him that in no Wer in my policy I signed there's such and I told him u only nid the insure Imei number and I'd number he refused to help me. Ddnt even call call his manager when I requested him or her and I just left at the till area with no help!! Mind u I have claimed at other sportscene with out such documents
