Bad Attitude

I layby shoes last month and when i got to the store i told her that i want to pay my layby but i forgot my card and home, so i gave her my ID Number and she ask me which account and i said to her how many do i have she said you have excact and i said i don't know anything about excact and she said you need to tell me which one with the attitude and i said to her i don't know any account, and she kept going on and on with the attitude and i ask her to call the manager but also the manager didn't do anything or say anything, i think the store manager and his staff still needs more training based on what i have experience poor service, i even regret why i layby there because they are all helpless and wasting peoples time, i would like to cancel and go do it else where i cant tolerate people with attitude
