Bad and rude customer service from the manager

A very bad and a rude customer service from the manager, went to the store wanting to buy a shoe and the shoe I wanted to buy was the last size so I had it on my hand and moved around with it the manager saw me didn't even greet me and ask why I'm moving around with one shoe I explained then she took it and threw it inside the box and said to me she will give it to me when I buy and also one of my colleague once complained about her that she is never friendly into her customers. When we walk into that store we do not feel welcome and we do not enjoy the shopping experience
