Bad and disgusting service ever

<p>month end I went to sport scene at Cosmo mall to pay my account, some cashier told me system is offline I can't pay here and I should go else where, after two days I went again and he told me same story. Came to my surprise that SYSTEM IS OFFLINE but all transactions are being made , people were buying some making laybyes but if you want to PAY thy tell you thier system is offline of which is a LIE , system is not offline thy don't want to help other customers if u not going to buy , now my account has areas because of stuff members who are reluctant to help customers </p>
