On Thursday 04/11/2021 i bought a cellphone at Sportscene Kathu Village Mall, by Saturday 06/11/2021 the cellphone started to switch of by itself, today 10/11/2021 i returned the cellphone (please note its still within the 7day refund policy) the casshier said she can only send it away for repairs. she said she does not know the policy and that she does not know where the manager is.
