***** attempt at Sportscene Eastgate

There was an attempted *****ulent credit card replacement on my dad’s account immediately after we did our shopping at sportscene Eastgate, thanks to their forensic the attempt was unsuccessful. However my dad went to sportscene East and requested for an investigation to be conducted because it could have not been a coincidence that the attempt was immediately after we left the store)which we went straight home after the purchase and my dad still had his card on him). The store manager by the name of Mothusi was unprofessional to the point that he wanted to address us outside the store/by the door. He promised that he would call their forensic department to get further information regarding the ***** attempt and get back to me(2Aug24) we have had no feedback or correspondence whatsoever from Mothusi since then. This is an undermining experience to their senior customers, hence he felt no need to investigate the matter.
