AS WE WAIT WE STILL WAIT

We visited the Garden Route Mall shop on Wednesday 22nd July 2020 and my husband wanted to buy a Nike tracksuit which was hanging in the store but not in his size a very helpfull gentleman ordered 1 from Cape Town & would phone us next day with an update . We phone to enquire on the 28 & 29th July as we were never contact they took our number but never phoned back. We visted othe shop on 28th July where same thing happened. We just want to know if they could get it or do we need to go else where as this is getting to time consuming an frustrating.
