Appauling Service from Sportscene Accounts and Forensics Departments

Have been a customer with Sportscene for a long time, however when there was an issue with my account and I needed assistance I was not able to get any.

Sportscene has not moved with the times, specifically the Pandemic and do not have systems in place to validate customer data remotely in a secure manner. Instead, you are expected to go in to a branch, since Sportscene has not thought about doing things over Video Calls or Client safety. To validate you are who you are, you will be asked to go in to a pandemic which may or may not impact you and family in the long or short term, with Sportscene offering no Liability for putting customers at risk. This is not customer focused or putting the customer first.
