Appalling service online & shops too

I recently tried to purchase a sneaker with SKU ID: ***0 size 7 or 8 online and I reserved whilst retrieving my card information as the website says they reserve items for 48 hrs which I reserved for 1 hrs. When I returned to complete my purchase I couldn’t I tried refreshing the system 5x. Now the shoe is sold out online & shops. I tried every shop in Gauteng with no luck, so what do I do now? I really want that shoe
