Appalling service, disgusted customer

I visited your Greenstone branch yesterday (25th October 2021 at around 11:00) and was extremely disappointed.

I came in there a few times as I was looking for something specific. The first time, I saw the Converse I was looking for and waited for assistance, no one came. I took the shoe through to where I saw staff standing around and eventually got (who I presume is the manageress) attention as I greeted her but got a very unfriendly, unwelcoming greeting back. Someone assisted me but told me they didn't have the size I needed in stock so I proceeded to look around the mall to find what I wanted.

I then returned to the store to purchase what they did have but I didn't get the chance to as I was ignored and clearly unacknowledged. A man walked straight passed me and stood at a table by the door, so I walked to the other side where I saw another guy at the counter (who's pants were hanging way below his backside with his underpants out and showing everything, disgusting.), a girl was walking towards me but she blatantly ignored me. He called her and they started chatting while I stood there for a while waiting for someone to assist me. No one did.

I expressed my anger to the guy infront by the door. He apologized and invited me back in but that experience put me off completely. I won't be returning to be ignored, made to feel unworthy and to look at backsides!

I work in retail, I get its not the nicest job and it's draining but this was my only day off and to be treated the way I was, was extremely disheartening and has left a very bad taste.

I'm appalled at the poor service provided, and disgusted. I truly hope things change as you are supposed to be providing service as great as the brands.
