Appalling online service ****** sportscene online

I made an online purchase on the 25th of August 2020,kept tracing my order, but the item had been "at the warehouse" forever. I enquired since my trip which I purchased the item for was getting closer, they responded after 3 days of my enquiry saying they were out of stock and they'll be processing my refund, mind you, I only heard of that after 10 days, had I not asked they wouldn't have told me. It's been a month and a half, no item, no refund. I will be canceling all my accounts with tfg. I want my money
